Class Description
No programming experience necessary! Students will use the Unity game engine to create 2D/3D environments and objects and then learn how to create their very own games from scratch, then using their imagination they can combine and restructure what they’ve learned to create new and original games. Some advanced concepts will be glossed over so recommended students are computer savvy. Unity is a cross platform game engine developed by Unity Technologies which is primarily used to develop video games, simulations for computer consoles and mobile devices.

Joey Fisher
2D & 3D Gaming Instructor
Joey Fisher resides in Central Florida. He has over 15 years of experience creating graphics, animation, and programming for interactive applications, games, GUIs, icons, presentations, simulations, e-cards, and websites, including those in the field of training, education, and eLearning. He has a degree in computer animation and a computer programming. Companies he’s worked for include Hard Rock, Space Imaging, Lockheed-Martin and others, where ultimately his clients were the U.S. armed forces.
He is also fine artist who creates works of art in charcoal, pastels, and watercolors. His subject matter ranges from cartoons to figurative. He enjoys inspiring children (and adults) to be passionate about the visual arts and technology and helping them achieve a sense of accomplishment that comes from creating a work of art or programming a video game.
Ricardo Reyes
3D Animation / 2D Animation & Gaming Instructor
Ricardo Reyes was born in Venezuela, raised in Miami, Florida and currently living in Winter Park. I have been interested in 3D for as long as I could remember. Since the day I received my Nintendo 64 for Christmas I knew that this was what I wanted to be a part of.
Games and movies have always been a huge part of my life and upon discovering that people created them for a living I knew that this was what I wanted to a part of. I started getting involved in 3D art my freshman year of high school by modeling in blender 2.4 and I’ve never looked back, I’ve dedicated my life since then to figure out where I fit in the pipeline and now with animation as my goal I strive to bring forth the best work I could possibly make.
Brittany Sprouse
2D & 3D Animation / Anime-Manga Instructor
Brittany Sprouse is an artist and animator. I graduated in 2011 with a Bachelors in Fine Arts in Media Arts and Animation from The Art Institute of Tampa. For the past few years I have been an in house artist working on cell phone applications. Doing everything from creating icons and ad’s to animating in game characters.
Some of the programs I use are Paint Tool Sai, the Adobe suite (including: Photoshop, Priemere, Illustrator, and Flash) as well as 3D software such as 3DS Max and Maya. I also illustrate freelance doing wide ranges of styles including
